How do I cancel a recurring buy?
This guide explains how to cancel a recurring buy.
Step 1: Go to “Activity & Orders”
After logging into river.com, select “Activity & Orders” on the left side of the screen. If you are using the River app, you will need to select “Account” at the bottom of the screen to see active recurring orders.
Step 2: View recurring buys
Review your active recurring buys shown at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select recurring buy
Click on the buy you’d like to cancel.
Step 4: Cancel recurring buy
Confirm that you would like to cancel your recurring buy.
Step 5: Recurring buy canceled
Your recurring buy has successfully been canceled.
