ForceField is an additional layer of security on your River account that protects your bitcoin without disrupting how you use River.

What does ForceField do?

• Limits bitcoin withdrawals

  • You can set a limit to control how much bitcoin can leave your account each week

• Locks automatic withdrawals

  • Automatic withdrawals cannot be created or edited when ForceField is on

• Requires deactivation

  • There is a 5-day deactivation period in which we repeatedly notify you that a deactivation request has been initiated, ensuring you have ample time to address any potential threats

• Allows you to use your River account as you normally would

  • ForceField does not affect depositing or withdrawing cash, buying or selling bitcoin, or receiving bitcoin
