How do I cancel a recurring buy?
This guide explains how to cancel a recurring order.
Step 1: Go to your “Activity & Orders” page
After logging into river.com, select “Activity & Orders” in the sidebar. If you are using the mobile app, you will need to select “Account” at the bottom of your screen to see active recurring orders.
Step 2: View orders
Review your active recurring orders shown at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select order
Click on the order you’d like to cancel.
Step 4: Cancel order
Confirm that you would like to cancel your recurring order.
Step 5: Recurring order canceled
Your recurring order has successfully been canceled.
