River can only service clients residing in the United States. To be eligible, your primary residence must be one of our approved states or territories.

We support every US state except:

• Nevada

• New York

We also support the following US territories:

• Puerto Rico

• Armed Forces Pacific

• Armed Forces Americas

• Armed Forces Europe
