Step 1: Tap "Sell"
On your river.com homepage, click "Sell bitcoin." From the River app homepage, tap the "Sell" icon.
Step 2: Enter sell details
Enter the amount of bitcoin you would like to sell. Using the toggle arrows under the sell amount, you can denominate in either BTC or USD. On this screen, you can select from two different order types: one-time sell or Target Sell. Once reviewed, click "Preview sell."
Step 3: Confirm sell details
After reviewing your sell order details, click "Sell now." At this point, you have successfully sold bitcoin to your River cash balance. You can now transfer that cash to your bank account if you choose.
