How will River contact you?
All official River emails are sent from the @river.com domain. River uses BIMI, Brand Indicators for Message Identification. Most major email providers, such as Google, Apple, and Yahoo, will display River's verified logo or a blue checkmark next to our emails, confirming they are authentic.
Different types of emails you may receive from River include:
- Support: a direct email response from a Client Services team member
- Security: an automated email to inform you of recent login activity or security changes
- Transactional: an automated email to inform you of recent activity on your account
Phone
Please note that River will never call you. Any unsolicited call claiming to be from River is not legitimate.
Text messages
River may send automated text messages for security purposes, such as two-factor authentication codes. These messages are one-way only and cannot receive replies.
