Step 1: Locate order history
If you are using river.com, click "Activity & Orders" on the left side of your River homepage. If you are using the River app, scroll down on the homepage to the "Recurring buys" section.
Step 2: View orders
Review your active recurring or supercharged recurring buys at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select order
Click on the recurring buy you would like to cancel.
Step 4: Cancel order
Click "Edit Order" and then click "Cancel order."
Step 5: Recurring order canceled
You have successfully canceled your recurring buy or supercharged recurring buy.
