Where can I find my account statements?

River automatically generates a monthly statement at the beginning of each month from the previous month’s activity. When your statement is ready, you will receive an email notification with a link to login and download it.

If you are using river.com on a web browser, click “Taxes & Documents” on the left side of the homepage.

What time period is covered for a standard monthly account statement?

Monthly account statements are reported in Coordinated Universal Time, or UTC. Each monthly statement covers 12:00 AM UTC on the first day of the month through 11:59 PM UTC on the last day of the month. Only transactions in a completed state will be included. Any pending activity will not be shown on your monthly account statement.

Can I generate a custom account statement?

Yes. In addition to monthly statements, you can also generate a custom account statement. Custom account statements allow you to select your own date range, which are limited to a maximum range of 1 year.
