This article explains how to verify a new device on River, including completing email verification and viewing your verified devices.
Step 1: Log in from a new device
Log into your River account from a different device. You will have to enter your login credentials and provide the two-factor verification code.
Step 2: Verify device
A screen will appear asking you to verify a new device. Whether using a browser or an app for your email, navigate to your inbox on this same device. Click the verification link provided in your email to continue.
You can click the verification link from the device you're signing in with, another device you've already verified, or another device on the same network. Clicking the link from a completely new, unverified device on a different network will not work.
Step 3: Device verified
Your new device is now verified. You can see your verified devices in your "Profile & Settings" on river.com or in "Security" within the River app.
